What is Aramco vendor registration?

Aramco vendor registration is the supplier-onboarding route for companies that want to provide materials or relevant services. Registration, category qualification and contract awards are different stages. A registered profile does not automatically mean that every product or service is qualified, or that future work is guaranteed.

Official registration documents to prepare

Aramco publishes a current list of core registration requirements. The documents that apply to your company may include:

  • Valid Commercial Registration certificate.
  • Industrial licence for manufacturers, when applicable.
  • Investment licence for applicable foreign-owned entities.
  • Valid Zakat, VAT and GOSI certificates.
  • Civil Defense licence or an equivalent government licence.
  • Jadeer certificate for eligible small and medium enterprises, when applicable.
  • Cybersecurity evidence aligned to the current SACS-210 guidance, relationship and official classification.

The portal and official guidance remain the final authority. Abu Maan reviews applicability and consistency before submission rather than promising a universal checklist or certificate route.

Our five-step support process

  1. Readiness assessment: identify the legal entity, target category and current status.
  2. Gap analysis: list missing, expired or inconsistent documents.
  3. File preparation: organize corporate, technical and commercial evidence.
  4. Portal support: guide data entry, attachments and supplier-account administration.
  5. Clarification support: help prepare responses when additional information is requested.

Common reasons applications are delayed

  • The legal name, activity or address differs across documents.
  • The selected supplier category does not match the company's evidence.
  • Certificates have expired or their scope is unclear.
  • The company profile describes services without supporting experience or licences.
  • Portal ownership, authorized-user or banking information is incomplete.

Independent support, with clear boundaries

Abu Maan for Consulting and Services is an independent consultancy. We are not Saudi Aramco and do not represent its procurement team. We prepare and review information, but Aramco alone controls registration, qualification, invitations and contract awards.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you start.

Does registration guarantee Aramco approval or business?

No. Registration, qualification and contract awards are separate decisions made by Aramco. Abu Maan improves the readiness and organization of the application but cannot guarantee an outcome.

Which documents are normally reviewed?

The current official list includes items such as the Commercial Registration, applicable industrial or investment licences, Zakat and VAT certificates, GOSI certificate, Civil Defense or equivalent licence, and other category-specific evidence. The exact list depends on the applicant and scope.

Does every applicant need the same CCC certificate route?

No. Aramco's current guidance applies cybersecurity requirements to Third Parties, while the certificate type, assessment route and timing depend on the company's relationship and official classification. Confirm the current portal or proponent instruction before engaging an audit firm.

How long does registration take?

There is no responsible fixed promise. Timing depends on application completeness, supplier category, qualification requirements and the reviewing entity's requests.
