- Existing supplier: sign in to update the company profile and manage transactions rather than creating a duplicate account.
Use the correct update and support channel
- Profile data or pending change: follow the company-profile update or change-request guidance.
- General registration or supplier inquiry: use the published Supplier Relationship Management channel.
- Technical portal or SAP Business Network issue: Ma’aden directs registered suppliers to its R.A.B.T ticket system.
Keep the reference number and never disclose passwords or verification codes.
Cybersecurity is part of supplier readiness
Ma’aden states that all suppliers must review, understand and comply with its cybersecurity requirements. That does not mean every applicant should purchase the same certificate immediately; first confirm the current request, scope, systems and evidence that apply.
