How to register as a NEOM supplier

NEOM's official supplier page presents a three-stage route: apply online through the supplier portal, complete the company profile with supporting documents, and—if approved for the next stage—complete the supplier questionnaire. Registration is free; independent consulting fees cover preparation and review, not access to the portal.

Prepare one consistent supplier file

  • The exact legal entity that will contract, invoice and receive payments.
  • A focused scope of supply supported by actual products, services, licences and experience.
  • Current company, contact and supporting-document information.
  • A company profile and evidence that match the categories selected in the portal.
  • An internal owner for portal access, expiry tracking and clarification responses.

Application, profile and questionnaire are different stages

An online application is not the same as profile acceptance, qualification or an invitation to tender. If NEOM advances the company, the supplier questionnaire may request further commercial, technical, sustainability, compliance or category-specific information according to the current workflow.

Use the official route and keep control of the account

The applicant should retain its own portal credentials and verification codes. Abu Maan reviews the evidence and guides the authorized company user; we do not represent NEOM, issue approvals or guarantee registration, tender invitations or contracts.

What are NEOM's published supplier-registration steps?

Is NEOM supplier registration free?

NEOM states that registration through its supplier portal is free. Abu Maan's fee is only for independent preparation, review and support services.

What should be prepared before applying?

Does registration guarantee an invitation?

No. Registration, profile acceptance, supplier questionnaires, qualification, tender invitations and contracts are separate NEOM-controlled decisions.
