Qiddiya supplier onboarding uses SAP Ariba.

The published process starts with a self-registration request. If the request is accepted for onboarding, the supplier completes procurement and certificate questionnaires, the NDA and supplier code of conduct, followed by bank and VAT information.

Published evidence to prepare

  • Company profile and organization chart.
  • Commercial Registration, Chamber, ZATCA and GOSI certificates.
  • Authorized-signatory details and power of attorney.
  • Signed NDA and supplier code-of-conduct acknowledgement.
  • Bank letter or statement showing the company name and account, plus SWIFT and VAT details.

Other evidence such as Saudization, SME, local-content, safety or contractor-classification certificates depends on the supplier and the fields shown in the current questionnaire.

Official route and independent status

Abu Maan is not affiliated with Qiddiya. We review and organize the applicant's information, while the supplier retains control of its SAP Ariba account and Qiddiya controls onboarding decisions.

Which documents does Qiddiya publish for Saudi suppliers?

Qiddiya's guide lists the Commercial Registration, Chamber certificate, ZATCA certificate and GOSI certificate as mandatory uploads, together with a company profile, organization chart, authorized-signatory evidence, banking evidence and VAT details during the applicable stages.

Does one request cover related Qiddiya entities?

Qiddiya's published guide states that one registration request is sufficient for Qiddiya, Six Flags and SEVEN. Follow the current portal instructions and do not create duplicate requests.

Does Abu Maan guarantee onboarding?

No. Qiddiya's supplier-management team reviews the request. Abu Maan provides independent preparation and follow-up support only.
